1. Our Services
Tri ● Le ● Mins provides professional dust mite detection and removal services for residential and private clients. Our services are performed with care, respect and consideration for the client’s property and privacy.
2. No Detection • No Charge
Where a service is specifically offered under our “No Detection • No Charge” arrangement, the client will not be charged for the service if no dust mite activity is detected, subject to the agreed service conditions.
3. Service Results
Dust mite detection and removal services are intended to reduce dust mites, dust, hair and skin particles from treated materials. Results may vary depending on the condition, age, material and use of the item being treated.
4. Payment
All prices and applicable charges will be communicated to the client before the service is performed. Payment is due according to the agreed payment terms.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients are requested to provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Tri ● Le ● Mins reserves the right to charge for unreasonable or repeated cancellations where applicable and where this has been communicated to the client.
6. Refunds
Any refund request will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the service provided and the circumstances of the request.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate information and reasonable access to the areas or items requiring service. The client is responsible for informing Tri ● Le ● Mins of any relevant conditions that may affect the service.
8. Privacy
Tri ● Le ● Mins respects client privacy. Client information will be handled responsibly and will not be shared unnecessarily with third parties, except where required to provide a service, process a payment, comply with legal requirements, or protect legitimate business interests.
